Backs up the receipt images themselves, not just the figures, so you can show HMRC the original receipt for the six years it asks you to keep records. On Free it adds backup and restore of records and images; on Essential it adds the images. Professional already includes it, and a personal Storage Pack keeps the images yours even if your plan changes later.

No. If you're an accountant with a dashboard plan, your linked clients' scan allowance is included in your plan. They use the app at no extra cost.
Yes. App subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Dashboard subscriptions can be cancelled through your dashboard billing settings. Features stay active until the end of your billing period.
PocketReceipt is a record-keeping and export tool. It does not submit tax returns or connect to HMRC systems.
