Yes. The free plan gives you 10 AI receipt scans per month, mileage tracking, smart warnings, tax forecast, and CSV/PDF export. No credit card required.
Essential gives you 50 scans/month and cloud backup for records (receipts, mileage, categories, notes). Professional gives you 200 scans/month and adds receipt image backup. Both are available in the App Store and Google Play.
Storage Pack is an annual add-on for Essential users who want receipt images included in their cloud backup. Professional already includes image backup, so Storage Pack is not needed on that plan.
No. If you're an accountant with a dashboard plan, your linked clients' scan allowance is included in your plan. They use the app at no extra cost.
Yes. App subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Dashboard subscriptions can be cancelled through your dashboard billing settings. Features stay active until the end of your billing period.
PocketReceipt is a record-keeping and export tool. It does not submit tax returns or connect to HMRC systems.
