Storage Pack £19.99/year
Backs up the receipt images themselves, not just the figures, so you can show HMRC the original receipt for the six years it asks you to keep records. On Free it adds backup and restore of records and images; on Essential it adds the images. Professional already includes it, and a personal Storage Pack keeps the images yours even if your plan changes later.
App plans are available via the App Store and Google Play. Pricing is set by each store.
Accountant Dashboard
No charge for accountants. No client limits and no per client fees.
Your clients connect you from the PocketReceipt app on a paid Professional plan. Accountant access is not included in the 7-day trial. If a client's Professional plan ends, their records pause for up to 30 days and come back if they renew.

Professional gives you 400 scans per month, permanent cloud backup including receipt images, accountant-ready exports (CSV, PDF, JSON), quarterly tax summary, audit-trail PDF, and Mileage Logbook Pro. £7.99/month or £69.99/year via the App Store or Google Play.
To link an accountant, the client needs a paid Professional plan (not available during the trial). There is no charge for the accountant and no per client fees.
Yes. App subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Features stay active until the end of your billing period. If you have linked an accountant, their access pauses when Professional ends and comes back if you renew within 30 days.
PocketReceipt is a record-keeping and export tool. It does not submit tax returns or connect to HMRC systems.
